I love the Twilight series, because it was some of the first I really got into. But looking back at is as an adult it's.. not what I remember let's say that. Could be better, could be worse. But toxic relationships all together
Real talk, this book has never been my faves. It is very Jacob heavy and doesn’t have as much of the real angst vibe that I love from new moon. I don’t know it’s not the worst, but it’s also not the best
The story carried on well. This book explored the different options the characters have for their futures and sets up the last novel in the series. Everything is very well tied together with good story telling. With that said, this was still the novel I liked the least in the saga, but this is due to my personal thoughts on Bella ending up with Jacob.

This is my favourite of the movies so I have looked forward to reading the novel. Usually I don’t bother reading the book if I have seen the movie first, but I wanted to on this case. It was a quick and easy read, and really enjoyable if you are into the Twilight scene. It was fun reading all the extra details the movie omits, although I’ll always remain convinced that Bella makes the wrong decision. #teamjacob
