Disappointed that the author had an amazing opportunity to explore platonic love between Poppy, Casteel & Keiran with the joining but instead chose to turn it into a three way. Keiran deserves better than that. He deserves his own heart mate & to not just be a constant third wheel. Sexual openness could have been explored in a different way & better represent choice & consent. Also, the joining shouldn’t have been rushed & pressured due to the curse which had a very underwhelming end. Just having characters say “this is what I want” doesn’t eliminate the fact that it was done in a rush solely because of the curse. This whole book was underwhelming after the build up the first 3 books created.
