The Score (Off-Campus, 3)

A New York Times bestseller and TikTok sensation! Get ready for another binge-worthy romance from international bestselling author Elle Kennedy.

He knows how to score, on and off the ice...

Allie Hayes is in crisis mode. With graduation looming, she still doesn't have the first clue about what she's going to do after college. To make matters worse, she's nursing a broken heart thanks to the end of her longtime relationship. Wild rebound sex is definitely not the solution to her problems, but gorgeous hockey star Dean Di Laurentis is impossible to resist. Just once, though, because even if her future is uncertain, it sure as heck won't include the king of one-night stands.

It'll take more than flashy moves to win her over...

Dean always gets what he wants. Girls, grades, girls, recognition, girls...he's a ladies man, all right, and he's yet to meet a woman who's immune to his charms. Until Allie. For one night, the feisty blonde rocked his entire world--and now she wants to be friends? Nope. It's not over until he says it's over. Dean is in full-on pursuit, but when life-rocking changes strike, he starts to wonder if maybe it's time to stop focusing on scoring...and shoot for love.

I loved the book. It has a good story, a good plot twist, and I wasn't expecting the events of the last 15/20 pages. It was really good.

The beginning of this book was definitely interesting. I loved their dynamic, but wasn’t sure where this was all going. As time passed, I fell in love with the characters and the story. Dean and Allie are just so perfect for each other. I’m a little bummed though that they wouldn’t have discovered their connection if they didn’t sleep together. Safe to say, this novel was spicy spicy. At the end, my heart broke. However, Elle Kennedy found a way to piece my heart back together. Love this book so much, and the Off-Campus series.

I was not expecting to like this book because I didn’t like the first two. But damn was it wrong. It was such a pretty book. I LOVED THE MCS a lot. Don’t even get me started about dean di laurentis. HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE NOW. I haven’t read yet the last book but still I can confidently say that I prefer him on G and Logan. Don’t get me wrong I like them but they are a lil boring. Dean isn’t. He was so cute and funny. I loved how he helped the little girl Dakota. AND I LOVED how he was smart but didn’t show it. Like people thought he was dumb and he liked that but he WASNT. Just such a good character really well written. I loved how the author didn’t make it seem as if his family was shit just because he was rich. She didn’t play in that cliché. He loved his family. His parents were so dow to earth. They didn’t spoil their kids. I aspire to be like them when I grow up. He was so humble even tho he was rich. Anyways just a frkn adorable read. Even tho beau dies. It was so sad. When will ever dean answer a phone call with « Maxwell! What’s shaking? » I hope I never experience that sort of pain.
