The Mistake (Off-Campus, 2)

Get ready for another binge-worthy romance from international bestselling author and TikTok sensation Elle Kennedy.

He's a player in more ways than one...

College junior John Logan can get any girl he wants. For this hockey star, life is a parade of parties and hook-ups, but behind his killer grins and easygoing charm, he hides growing despair about the dead-end road he'll be forced to walk after graduation. A sexy encounter with freshman Grace Ivers is just the distraction he needs, but when a thoughtless mistake pushes her away, Logan plans to spend his final year proving to her that he's worth a second chance.

Now he's going to need to up his game...

After a less than stellar freshman year, Grace is back at Briar University, older, wiser, and so over the arrogant hockey player she nearly handed her V-card to. She's not a charity case, and she's not the quiet butterfly she was when they first hooked up. If Logan expects her to roll over and beg like all his other puck bunnies, he can think again. He wants her back? He'll have to work for it. This time around, she'll be the one in the driver's seat...and she plans on driving him wild.

I fell in love with The Mistake by Elle Kennedy. This novel will never top The Deal, but it’s a really close second. Grace and Logan’s love story took me on an emotional ride, and I loved every second of it. I related to Grace throughout the entire book. It felt like reading about myself because we were just so similar. I loved her humour, her personality, and mostly, how she finally found her voice. She stopped letting others walk all over her, and bloomed into this magnificent flower. When she was sad, I was sad. When she was happy, I was happy. — I’m also really proud of Logan because I do believe he had a pretty sick character development. He changed for the better, and I got to see that deep down he wasn’t the asshole I thought he’d be. This novel is amazing, and surprisingly went into deeper subjects. It’s now one of my favs. I recommend it to everyone because it’s not just a spicy cute romance, it talks about serious issues, and the characters are just amazing.

I loved this book but the only reason I didn't give it more stars was because I loved Hannah and Garrett more than Logan and Grace. Like I love Logan but also Grace should have left him after the first time lol
