The Heiress of Linn Hagh (The Detective Lavender Mysteries, 1)

This book reminded me of sherlock Holmes at first, but as I kept reading I noticed that there were some differences. The book was well written and easy to follow. The characters of Lavender and Woods complement each other well. It did drag a bit in the middle. The ending was very rewarding and made the slow parts worth it.
