The Glass Slipper: A Cinderella Novel (Cinderella Trilogy Book 3)

OH! The things I have to say about this book/trilogy. In this book Winston gets super mean... and it is heartbreaking. Not because of Ash and her feelings about it.... but because of what is behind his meanness! You think he is mean in Stroke of Midnight.... but that is nothing to how he gets in Prince Charming.... and then you think THAT is bad until you see him in The Glass Slipper. They talk about why they have to be so "tough" in the other books, but in this one you get to see the full spectrum of what this family is constantly dealing with. I binged this trilogy in a weekend.... and to be honest it probably could have been done on days if I hadn't forced myself to spend time with my family. My love for this couple is astronomical! Now that I have read them, I can not even imagine my life without them! And the way his family just takes to Ash like she is their family right away.... and his mother trying to hate her, but failing. Ash has that way about her that somehow can draw in even the hardest of people. I am still reeling! This is one of those stories that I wish I could read for the first time all over again. I finished this book right before I left for work this morning.... might have been a mistake since I feel like this book hangover is going to keep me totally unfocused all day long! If you have not read this trilogy yet then you need to get on it!
