I don't know if this review will have spoilers or not but I'm just putting that just in case. When I started this book it was not something I would normally read. But you know I'm 50 and this book is about that time of life and reflection. And looking back and and seeing love from many different viewpoints because you see love differently at 50. I was okay. This book was mediocre at first but then it revved up and you really started to care about the characters and where the plot was going. But by the time this book was over I had to rate it five stars because of the way it ended. The book itself was poetic and inward looking and very relatable. What a great book and what a surprise!
This book shared interesting and enlightening perspectives on relationships and satisfaction in life— but the over all store was not exceptionally interesting
I really enjoyed reading this book and it had some beautiful sentences. Light enough that you could enjoy it on the beach despite its literary nature.
I enjoyed the vibes of the narrator and the way it was written! This was interesting, though not quite my style.
The story meandered and didn’t really go anywhere. Had cute lil romances spread throughout. Fun to join Arthur Less on his travels
