Completely enjoyed this book. Coming from a similar situation and finding my real self. I found it inspiring and came away with little tidbits to remind me to always be my true self. That we can all do hard things and the word "should" is a cage we keep ourself in

I'm definitely the target audience for this book, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Parenting stories were very poignant for me. She's writing from a place of extreme privilege. But I think she addresses this adequately. I'm agnostic, so I was worried it would be preachy based on some other reviews. But it didn't feel that way. Everything is broken down into bite size messages. And no chapter is long enough to ever get preachy, in my opinion. It's just about a woman finding happiness at this point in her life. Not a self help book. But I feel like it gives me permission to go after my "truest most beautiful story."
