SPOILER ZONE AHEAD
Okay yes I bit and finished this book. I had to because the missing piece of the puzzle that was talked about repeatedly in book 1 is finally shown in this book.
The good parts of this book is that it had more smut scenes that are likeable and we got a peek into everyone's past and present self. I understand what made them do the things they did and why does the game exist.
The not so good parts of this book is that I needed to get used to MM interactions, which came out of nowhere. No judgements but a pre-warning could have worked. Also I don't understand why Smith was being a bitch when he walked out of the game. I know he's trying to let the truth prevail but damn he needs to keep his mouth to himself. That was irritating. I am really big on people having to stay in their own lane if it doesn't concern them.
To be honest, I'm really interested Bric's story but I've been neglecting my other books so maybe after. Bric was someone I didn't expect him to be in this book, having shown an unpredictable and only sex-crazed side of him in the previous book. Of course from the covers you can see them 2 men out of 3 are out of the game so Bric is on his own now, I think.
We will find out as we peek into the forbidden.
