The Slob

I don't even know how to describe this one. To say it left me queasy is an understatement. There were points in this that made me want to "regurgitate" everything. It was deplorable, vile, and all around one of the goriest books I have ever had the pleasure of reading.

I cannot wait to read the sequel.

This books clings to you in the worst ways. This books isn't one of those that has a slow creep in and is there before you realize. This book storms in and tells you all that it is. This made me want to peel my skin off  to relieve the way it made my skin crawl. This book snatched me up and held me in a chokehold until the conclusion. I loved how the book made me almost battle myself to be able to stay along for the journey of the character. If you can get past the grime you will unearth some unique characters. The  twist at the end and side characters left me wanting a book to get to know them as well. This truly was a horror.

Disgustingly brilliant. Not for the faint of heart; Beauregard has no limits in this book and I was close to vomiting several times but could not put it down. And I loved that there was kind of a story/purpose behind the absolute mindless filth that was occurring. Can’t wait for the sequel!
