The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

A charming story that reads much better as an adult than as a child.

I am not used with the old English type of wording in books so it took me a while to get into the book, but it was great to finally read a book like this. It's a strange book, you had to read around 90% of the book before you finally get to the actual part with the Headless Horseman. It was mainly alot of describing of a few characters and not alot of plot really. Although I did enjoy this gothic story I just wish there was actually more about the Headless Horseman as it is the main part, it is the Legend of Sleepy Hollow. I just say when it got to the exciting parts with the Headless Horseman I was so invested! I was on the edge of my seat and couldn't read fast enough.
