The Idea of You: A Novel

This was a little different than I normally read because instead of the main character being a girl my age, it was a 40 year old woman who was getting over her divorce. This book is all about her having a wild year and being selfish for the first time in a long time. I loved this story. It was exciting, heartwarming, very spicy but also romantic. We were able to follow Solene as she discovered new things about herself all while falling in love with one of the most popular band members in the world (ie based on Harry Styles). The ultimate decision at the end of the book ripped my heart out but I am glad I read this story.

I did not like it. I couldn’t get past his age. He is a child. Maybe if he had been older it wouldn’t of seemed so sick and i could of enjoyed it more. Also the ending was terrible. It was like she got tired of writing and rushed it.
