This is one of the best and more beautiful books. What a beautiful emotional rollercoaster. I saw the movie but the book is a different level. The author was so well worded with her direct and simple dialogue to capture the unique sense of community and value sense of family. To follow up on this book and see it is a banned book is a tragedy and the exact silencing the storyline discusses. It should be shared with every generation.
