The Bride (Lairds' Fiancees Book 1)

This is probably the 10th time I've read this book and it never fails to make me smile. Alec and Jamie are the kind of couple that make you put a hand over your heart and reaffirms your faith in love. Julie Garwood does such a good job of writing flawed, funny heroines and heros that are hard and demanding but never cruel. The ending of this book where she meets the king and Andrew is taken care of always brings tears to my eyes!
