Confession: I'm probably a monster because Sweet Tooth/Gus is one of my least favored characters. Instead of finding his naivety sweet, I find it a bit annoying. I know, I know - I'm a jerk.
Having gotten THAT off my chest...
This was another great installment in the series. I'm not the world's biggest fan on Lemire's artwork but it seems to work for the Sweet Tooth tale especially with the hybrid characters. The story continues to grow (and there's A-C-T I-O-N. Action, boys, action!) and more character details and backstories are slowly emerging. I'm also a sucker for a hodgepodge group coming together in a post-apocalyptic world, so I definitely can't bow out now.
4 Stars and continuing on.
