This book was long and boring, I get the story is creative and delivers some shock factor but it tries to be so deep its almost fictitious. I had a hard time believing some of the characters, it was just so predictable and shallow. I rate it 3 stars for the good writing and the Bebe and McCollough case, it definitely got me thinking.
I didn’t know what to expect from this book. But the way it makes the reader challenge their perceptions of motherhood, and how complicated wanting a child can be was beautifully done.
I was absolutely spellbound by this book. The character development had me completely invested in these characters. I thought it was a quick read. If my life had been less complicated in recent weeks I easily could have read it in a couple days.
I loved how every little detail tied together. I loved the variety of characters and their unique stories. Would highly recommend.
