And so we come to the end of the series. We have seen Firestar grow from a soft young apprentice to a strong leader of the clan! I love how much character development we have seen over the 6 books and the world building in this series. My favorite part of this book was definitely the ceremony of 9 lives! Especially when he receives the "Motherhood" life and realizes that it is fierce and protective, not soft like he imagined! The final battle was great! Apprentice power!
