I learned two things tonight after reading this.
1. If you are someone with no prior knowledge of Green Arrow (I am that someone in this sentence), you should not start with this. Talk about being thrown smack dab in the middle of...something.
2. I am not much of an issue fan. I'm definitely more of a volume girl. This wasn't even a lick of a lollipop. More like a sniff of one before it gets yanked away.
So keep those two things in mind with my rating. The story may be great overall but as its own issue, it's pretty meh. The art is very typical of the superhero comics of the time - nothing terrible, nothing great. The best part for me may have been the Total Recall movie ad on the back, complete with an extreme closeup of Schwarzenegger's face.
