Amazing second chance story! Definitely going to reread because it’s such a real but feel-good story
Was a slow start read, but I loved how the writer captured all the emotions of each character. The story line was great. I could vividly imagine myself as the character and see the background of each place in the story, from the restaurants to the houses. Great read. Will be reading more of her books
I really enjoyed this as a February read. It follows a divorced couple trying to navigate into their new life after a traumatic loss. Following each of the ex partners through grief of their dearly departed and trying to move on from their once-in-a-life-time soul mate love, the author really did a great job with having the difficult discussions.
This was my first time reading a fiction/romance book in like 10 plus years. I stopped reading them when I got to Highschool and turned to self help and personal growth as my genre. But whew, this book! It enables you to visualize and imagine the story line. This book was written with great build up and was a good jump back into the fiction/romance genre.
