anne of green gables is a great book that i definitely recommend if you want to get into classics. i honestly wasn't expecting much when i first read it because at that time i've never read classics and didn't think much of them, but in the first few pages of this book, i was pretty interested and wanted to learn more about anne's adventures and midway of the book, i was hooked. i love rereading this book because anne's character is comforting. one of my comfort books!!
